Lemon shrimp

Ingredientsmedium sized shrimp
1/2 lemon
4-5 lemon wedges
olive oil
salt
pepper
garlic salt

DirectionsCover the bottom of a frying pan with olive oil.
Spice the shrimp and let sit for a few minutes until oil is hot.
Place the shrimp in the pan and squeeze some of the lemon juice in the pan.
Place the lemon wedges in the pan with the shrimp.
Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes on each side. For extra crispness, you can then turn them again and cook for 1 additional minute.

Serve alone or with cocktail sauce.
